APPOINTMENTS

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure you receive your full service and that other guests are not inconvenienced. Please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance of your appointment.

 

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULES/ NO SHOWS

To avoid cancellation fees, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 3 hours in advance. Your card will be charged 100% of the service price for any time less than 3 hours prior to your appointment; 100% of the service price for a no show appointment.
